In accordance with W5 Solutions’ Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall comprise a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of six (6) members, without deputy members. Currently, the Board consists of five (5) members, each elected to serve until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting 2027.
