In accordance with W5 Solutions’ Articles of Association, the Board of Directors comprises a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of six (6) members, with up to six (6) deputies. Currently, the Board consists of five (5) members, each elected to serve until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting 2024.
