Education and experience
Erik Heilborn, born in 1962, has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and has studied at Stockholm School of Economics. Erik is also a reserve officer with a background in the Amphibious Corps. Erik is an experienced business leader from the IT, telecom, defense and service industries.

Erik Heilborn is independent in relation to the Company, the Company management and the Company’s major shareholders.

Other significant assignments
Erik has, among other things, been CEO of Telenordia and IBS, as well as held senior positions within the Telia, TDC and AFRY groups. Erik is currently a board member of Netnordic Group A/S (a major systems integrator in the Nordic region)
