Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct
At W5 Solutions, sustainability means taking responsibility for how we operate and who we work with. We expect our suppliers and business partners to share this commitment.
Our Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards we expect our suppliers and business partners to meet. It is based on the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles and the NATO Supplier Code of Conduct and covers areas such as compliance and due diligence, human rights and working conditions, environmental and climate responsibility, ethics and business integrity, trade compliance, security, and data protection
We expect our suppliers and business partners to comply with the Code and encourage them to pursue continuous improvement. In cases of non-compliance, we expect corrective action plans. Serious or repeated non-compliance may affect the business relationship. By living our values every day and working closely with our partners, we contribute to a more sustainable, responsible, and resilient defence sector.
Reporting concerns
Suppliers, business partners and their employees are encouraged to report suspected violations via W5 Solutions’ whistleblowing channel.
