W5 Training was recently entrusted with a highly important and honourable assignment: demonstrating our weapons training products to Ukrainian units.
The system presented consisted of W5 target equipment combined with Green Ammo’s e-blanks (electronic blank cartridges) and a laser-based training system. This solution enables realistic combat training with immediate hit feedback – without the use of live ammunition. By significantly reducing ammunition consumption, material wear and logistical demands, the system represents a more sustainable and resource-efficient alternative to traditional live-fire training.
The Ukrainian units carried out a thorough evaluation of the system, testing battery performance, radio range, resistance to moisture, shock tolerance and the user interface. The results were very positive, and together with our partners, we now hope to continue supporting our allies by providing high-quality training equipment for their critical mission.
